Rustic Palate is a specialty service catering business started by Lake Charles Native Chef Kyle Williams in 2002. Chef Kyle's goal was to take his culinary education, experience, exposure to cuisines from around the world along with his complex palate and introduce it into homes of SWLA in the form of a gourmet meal. This dream has become a reality and Chef Kyle has served over 200 gourmet meals to 80 different clients in SWLA over the past 5 years.
