I can safely say that even though we are in an area without gourmet foods readily available to us, using the internet and other local and national vendor relationships established, I can provide a superior food product exceeding that of any restaurant anywhere in the country. Most restaurants use large commercial vendors that provide products from commercially based high volume manufacturers and distributors with great emphasis on lower cost to turn a profit. I buy directly from retail vendors that's product is so superior and available in such small quantities, that most restaurants can't afford them or don't have access to them with their commercial concepts.
