Thank you so much for catering the food for Kelley and Luke’s reception. It was wonderful beyond our expectations! I can’t say enough good things about you and your food! (But I’ll try!)

 

The food was delicious and plentiful! We keep running into people who tell us how much fun they had at the reception and they always say, “You had the BEST food!” Of course we loved the coconut shrimp but were surprised how much we also liked the anti-pasta kabob with pesto sauce. Your bread pudding is the best I’ve ever eaten. People keep talking about it! Our absolute favorite things though were the sausage & pork jambalaya and the cheese cake bars. We still have a little bit of both of those in the freezer. When thinking of evacuating for the hurricane we thought, we may not be able to take everything but we are NOT leaving those two things behind! They are coming with us!

 

I also appreciated how well you kept me informed – and always answered my one million phone calls! How refreshing to have someone you don’t have to wait on or wonder if they are going to come through with what they’ve promised. You were a delight to work with. I would describe you this way: expertise with integrity (and fun too!).

Kyle, The overall experience of having a catered meal for our staff was phenomenal. The food exceeding my expectation and the dessert was over the top! The attention that was given to each part of the meal was truly professional. You worked with us very closely to ensure that the food items were within our budget.   Thank you!  For the first time, I had a great time at my own party!!  What a welcomed sight, when you and your staff showed up to my home ready to cook and to serve our guests.  Not only did I enjoy the party, but my company was amazed with the delicious food.  They could not believe that they were eating California carrots that were in the ground just the day before the party!  They are still talking about the chili rubbed bacon wrapped filet of beef….and the chipotle and pepper jack mashed potatoes were the best I have ever tasted!!   Everything was perfect!
